About me

Hi, I’m Adriana

Clinical and Health Psychologist, and Board-Approved Supervisor at Safety Beach Medical and Wellness Practice on the Mornington Peninsula.

My clinical work is grounded in compassion, evidence-based care and a whole-person approach, especially for those navigating trauma, chronic health challenges, and eating disorders. As someone who has lived with chronic illness since childhood and walked the difficult road of infertility, I understand how deeply our emotional and physical experiences are intertwined.

Trained in all areas of acute and chronic mental health disorders across the lifespan, I work with individuals from adolescence into late adulthood, as well as families coping with an eating disorder. Having worked locally in private practice on the Mornington Peninsula for 10 years, I have established a strong network of colleagues from various disciplines. These include GPs, Psychiatrists, Dietitians and Social Workers, and I work closely with them to provide the highest quality care.

Meditation is also a meaningful part of both my personal and professional life. It is not just a tool I offer in my 8-week group program, it is a practice that has helped me feel at home in my own body again. Where appropriate, I will offer mindfulness meditation and gentle movement, informed by trauma-sensitive yoga, in sessions.
